Stacy Easley and Mr. Garel Curry were the most involved agents as if Im the only client for them. They both went above and beyond their job description to sell my home. They were always punctual in responses whether phone, text, email. They were very knowledgeable in the real estate market as well. Professionalism, honesty, punctuality, integrity were all qualities that both exhibited. With the pandemic, things were somewhat askew but they always managed to keep it together. "I’ve used Stacy to buy 2 homes and to sell a home. She was great in both scenarios. For buying homes, she helped me find the perfect houses within my limiting constraints and navigated some tricky features of the home with the appraisal process through closing on one and with a basement on the other. She was able to negotiate better pricing than I thought I could get.For selling a home, she got me a full priced offer within 1.5 weeks of going on the market, which was 10,000 more than I had said I needed to sell the home for. Stacy knows the market extremely well and knows how to price homes for both listing a house and for making offers to buy a house. She’s also extremely good with marketing homes to get good buyers in quickly. Beyond my experience selling my house with her, I also have noticed that when I see a house with her sign in the front yard, it’s almost certain to be sold within weeks while other homes in the neighborhood sit for awhile."
